Minimum Stay Requirements: No minimum stay. Cancellation: For single room reservations, deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no refund is possible regardless of the reason, unless the room is re-booked. For multiple rooms or the entire Estate, if cancellation takes place six months prior to reservation date, a full refund of the deposit is given. If the cancellation is within 4 to 6 months prior to reservation date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be given. Less than 4 months prior to reservation date, 100% of the deposit will be kept by Goodstone. No refund of deposit. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
