Description

Circa 1896. Formerly a Warwick County Hall of Records, a post office, a general store, and then home of the prominent Curtis family, this historic plantation-style inn has hosted many important political and social events. Antiques found in the sprawling attic are found in every room as part of the period decor. Local museums display the remaining cherished memorabilia. The guest bedrooms are eye-pleasing and hold stories of their own, housing soldiers and their families during both World War I and II. A savory breakfast is served in the Blue Willow Tea Room. Located in Historic Lee Hall Village, Colonial Williamsburg, as well as Revolutionary and Civil War battlefields are an easy drive.

Location: 6 miles east of Colonial Williamsburg.
