Cancellation: A 50% deposit is required for all reservations of 3 or more nights, all 1- or 2-night reservations are due in full upon reserving, refundable only if notice of cancellation is given 14 or more days before check in date. If your notice is less than 14 days, a full refund will be given only if we are able to re-rent your room. All reservations are due in full upon check-in date, no-shows included. Because of our limited number of rooms, cancellations significantly affect us. If you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
