Cancellation: A deposit in the amount of one night's stay or 50% of the total amount for extended visits (whichever is larger) is required to guarantee the room. The deposit is fully refundable, less $25 handling charge, up to 14 days prior to your arrival date (30 days during holidays). For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to yoru arrival date, deposits may be credited toward another stay, within one year based upon availability, if and only if the room can be resold. The deposit will be forfeited if guest arrives after a date specified or departs earlier than the confirmed reservation period.
