The lawns are perfect for playing croquet and horseshoes or relax on the back porch with refreshments. Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 nights for foliage season, Weekends & Holidays Cancellation: The equivalent of 1 night's stay or 50% deposit of the total reservation (whichever is greater) is due by credit card at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is due at check-in by cash, Visa, Master Card or American Express. All deposits are refundable, less a $25 processing fee per room, up to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A 30-day cancellation notice is required over foliage and holiday periods. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival, early departures and no-shows are responsible for the entire amount of the stay. All rates shown are double or single occupancy and do not include 9% Vermont food &lodging tax or 4% community sponsorship fund. Pets: Innkeepers pets on premises. Smoking: Outside Only.
