Circa 1910. The Bates family built this farmhouse and in 1910, added a round barn that was a working dairy barn for almost 60 years. One of the few remaining in Vermont, it has 12 sides and is capped with a windowed cupola. 245 acres of ponds, meadows, fields and woods surround the inn. Romantic rooms include Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces, canopied beds and steam showers.
