Minimum Stay Requirements: Multiple night stays may be required during peak and holiday seasons. Cancellation: Shortening the length of your stay or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date will result in loss of the deposit and cancellation of the remainder of the reservation. Deposits will be refunded (less a $20 cancellation fee per room) only if the cancellation notice is received by at least 30 days prior to arrival date. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation and whether or not the room is subsequently rented. If you rebook within two weeks of cancellation, the initial deposit and/or cancellation fee will be applied to your new deposit.
