Description
Circa 1790. One of Vermont's original land grant farmsteads, Hill Farm Inn has welcomed guests since 1905 when the widow Mettie Hill opened her home to summer vacationers. The farm is surrounded by 50 peaceful acres that border the Battenkill River. Guests can relax and enjoy the simple life and visit the inn's sheep, goats and chickens or soak in the 360-degree views of the mountains. Accommodations are charming and cozy, and summer guests have the option of staying in one of four cabins. A large, country breakfast of homemade fare starts off each day.
