Minimum Stay Requirements: Weekend and holidays require a minimum two to three night stay. If less, surcharges may apply. Cancellation: Ten-day cancellation policy if less one night or 50% of stay, whichever is higher. Holiday weekend requires 100% guarantee Pets: Pets Allowed, Allowed in some rooms, $10 to $15 per pet per day when predisclosed. $100 penalty for bringing pets without authorization plus pet fee doubles. No cats. Pet damage and loss of rental will be addtional if there are any damages to the room. We do not allow unattended pets. Violation will result in loss of room without refund. Smoking: Limited.
