Circa 1862. This is a cluster of nine restored pioneer homes all located within one block. The Bentley House has comfortable Victorian decor. The Orson Pratt House and the Tolley House are other choices, all carefully restored. The fifth house contains three bedrooms each with private bath, a kitchen, living room and two fireplaces. Six of the bedrooms have large whirlpool tubs.
