Minimum Stay Requirements: During special festivals and events there may be a 2-night minimum in place. Please call the Innkeeper to confirm. Cancellation: Refunds of deposits (less a $25.00 processing fee per room) will be given if cancellation notice is received at least 10 days prior to the reservation date or $25.00 per room processing fee and at least 30 days prior notice is required for special events. After the cut-off date, the total amount of the room charge is due. If you are unable to stay for your reserved time, an attempt will be made to rent the room to another party and if successful, your deposit will be refunded less the processing fee.
