Cancellation: Reservations must be secured with a deposit by check or credit card equal to one night's lodging. A full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be made if cancellation notice is received at least 10 days prior to arrival. Guests canceling/changing their reservation dates less than 10 days in advance of their scheduled arrival or during their stay, are responsible for all nights that are unable to be re-sold.
