Minimum Stay Requirements: None Cancellation: If you must cancel and do so 8 days prior to the first night of your stay your deposit less a $30 service fee will be refunded. Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled arrival are charged full rate to credit card, however a gift certificate will be issued that is transferable and lasts for 6 months from the date of issuance. All cancellations must be made in person or by phone.
