Minimum Stay Requirements: Special Baylor Weekends and Westfest weekend two-night minimum Cancellation: A deposit equal to half of your stay is required. Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to your arrival date with a full return of your deposit minus a $15.00 cancellation fee per night. Refunds for cancellations with less than 7 days notice (minus $15.00 cancellation fee) will only be made if the cottage is rebooked. Special Baylor Weekends and Westfest require a 14-day notice and a minimum two-night stay. If you make a reservation and do not arrive you will be charged the full amount. Pets: Innkeepers pets on premises. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
