Circa 1886. A wraparound porch with white wicker furniture warmly welcomes guests to the main house of this Victorian inn, where quiet elegance and gracious hospitality abound. Through the entrance and into the living room, guests stand on an intricately designed wood mosaic floor imported from Paris. Arch-shaped pocket doors with framed opaque glass open to the formal dining room where breakfast is served. All the guest rooms feature 12- to 14-foot ceilings with fans, tall, ornately carved queen-size antique Victorian beds, colorful floral accessories and antiques.
