The Magnolia Cottage boasts coordinating Laura Ashley fabrics and a media center. Uncle Pete's Cabin has a stone fireplace and washer and dryer. Rhonda & Nate Powell have been in the hospitality business for over 15 years, first owning a B&B, then seven years ago they designed and built Rockhaven's self-contained rentals. Rhonda worked in the country music entertainment business for 18 years. Rhonda is also the creative designer for the rentals while her husband Nate, the very talented builder and landscape architech. With their combined talents and love for people, Rhonda and Nate have created the Romantic Magnolia Cottage, a lovely country Victorian dollhouse, and the warm and comforting Civil War era cabin named after Nate's Uncle Pete. The latest addition is called, "Ruth's Retreat," another accommodation which serves as an extra "unattached" bedroom for either of the rentals or as a charming little studio rental, complete with a double bed, kitchette, bath, cable TV, loveseat and front porch swing. The 75-acre, 4th generation, family farm has inviting pastoral views with cattle and horses grazing in the distance, beautiful magenta and lavendar sunsets and a relaxing fish pond.

Private cottage has all the amenities of a luxury suite, beautifully furnished & decorated. Queen Bed, whirlpool tub for two, full kitchen, central heat & air, cable TV, DVD, VCR, free movie library and gas grill. This cottage has an additional "unattached" second bedroom with a bath, kitchenette, love seat, and cable TV that can be rented for a second couple.
