Circa 1851. Innkeepers Cheryl and Harry have created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere at this restored three-story Victorian inn and cottage. Intimate and inviting, this traditional New England bed & breakfast features spacious guest bedrooms furnished with period pieces, fine reproductions, rich fabrics and wallcoverings. Linger over a gracious breakfast in the dining room. Stroll through the award-winning gardens, walk over the small bridge and gaze at the koi pond. Leopold Room

A king Victorian bed with carved head and footboards awaits you on the second floor of the carriage house. You will find rich burgundy walls with gold accents and views of the garden and main inn. This elegant luxury room offers a private bath, an electric fireplace for romantic ambiance, writing desk, TV/VCR, refrigerator, CD player, telephone and individually controlled heat and A/C.

The Arthur Room

A large, luxury room with a four-poster king bed and oversize private bath, it is decorated in deep, rich colors and is located on the second floor of the main inn. To add to the romantic ambiance, you'll find an electric fireplace. The room includes a small seating area with a TV/VCR, refrigerator, telephone and CD player. For your comfort, the room has central heating and A/C.

The Pauline Room

Our most spacious deluxe room, which is decorated in a rich green color to highlight the king canopy bed. To warm you during chilly days, it boasts a gas fireplace with an elegant surround. This room also has a loveseat sofa that converts to a single pull-out-bed. It is located on the second floor of the Annandale House, accessible through the gardens with an exterior entrance. In addition to a private bath, the room's other amenities include a refrigerator, TV/VCR, CD player, telephone and individually controlled heat and A/C. This room is very quiet and popular with our repeat guests.

The Victoria Room

A truly romantic room on the first floor of the carriage house, it boasts French doors leading to your own private deck, overlooking the gardens and koi pond. The burgundy walls are accented with yellow, floral draperies including a headboard canopy over a queen bed. In addition to a private bath, the room amenities include a TV/VCR, CD player, refrigerator, telephone and individually controlled heat and A/C.

The Louise Room

Located on the first floor of the carriage house, it has an exterior, canopied entrance you access through the gardens. In nice weather, you can enjoy your breakfast in your own private courtyard. In chilly times, a gas fireplace with remote control enhances the room. Decorated in a soft, creamy color, accented with hues of rose, this room has a private bath, four-poster queen bed, TV/VCR, CD player, individually controlled heat and A/C.

The Alfred Room

This is a large, deluxe room with a four-poster queen bed and electric fireplace, located on the second floor of the main inn. It boasts rich, deep colors, accented with a writing desk and loveseat. Along with a private bath, the room includes a TV/VCR, refrigerator, CD player and telephone. For your comfort, the room has central heating and A/C.

The Edward Room

This elegant room is located on the second floor of the Annandale House, accessible from the gardens through an exterior entrance. You'll find a four-poster queen bed, writing table, hints of Asia and a light, emperor green motif. The room's other amenities include a private bath, TV/VCR, CD player, telephone and individually controlled heat and A/C.

The Beatrice Room

A comfortable size room on the third floor of the main inn, this is our crisp, blue and white "bird room". The room has a queen bed, small writing table and faces the rear of the property, making it peaceful and quiet. The room also offers a private bath, a TV/VCR and for your comfort, central heating and A/C.

The Caroline Room

This cozy, tastefully appointed, quiet room with soft, muted colors, is located at the rear of the third floor of the main inn. Your view from the window faces our carriage house and gardens. This quaint room has a private bath, TV/VCR and for your comfort, central heating and A/C. A great room for romance, it has the feeling of being "tucked away".
