Circa 1947. Quaint and cozy, this home was built in the style of Cape Cod cottages in a quiet neighborhood. It features a Two-Bedroom Suite with open living, dining and kitchen areas. There is also a new French Country suite which has a private poolside porch. Antiques and wicker furnishings are embellished with flowers from the garden. Cheery and comfortable suites overlook the in-ground swimming pool and perennial gardens. This ocean community offers many water sports and historic sites. Beach towels are provided.

Arrived in Newport in 1969 to attend college and have never left. We have raised three children here and love Newport. After working in the medical field for several years, I decided to open my own bed and breakfast. It has been a rewarding experience and at the end of the day, I never regretted my choice. We have wonderful guests who appreciate the accommodations, perennial gardens, pool and all the extra touches that we provide. As a traveler, I try to offer a positive experience to our guests and in return, I receive many compliments.  Lovely suite with French cottage accent, sliding French door that opens to a private porch three feet from the pool and perennial gardens. Royal blue/yellow Provence-tiled bath. This suite has a small reading library and a coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator and microwave.

Cottage Two Bedroom Suite
 This suite is large (1200) sq ft. with two beautiful bedrooms decorated in a garden motif. Large open full kitchen, dining and living area with a small reading library. Light and airy, this suite is perfect for spreading out and relaxing. Wireless Internet access available. It is the top level of the cottage overlooking the pool, pool house and perennial gardens. Each suite has a a private entrance and parking.
