Minimum Stay Requirements: Two night minimum on weekends May to Nov. Three nights required holiday weekends May to November. Two night stay required in July and August. Cancellation: One room night deposit or 50% of total cost of the reservation on multiple night reservations is required. If your plans change, deposits are refundable less a 10% processing fee if we are given a 10-day cancellation notice. After 10 days you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation unless we are able to re-book the rooms. There is no refund for early departures. Pets: Pets Allowed and Dogs only in the apartment. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
