Cancellation: All cancellations subject to a $25 (Cdn.) charge per room reserved. When cancelling more than 15 days, your deposit minus cancellation fee is refunded. With 15 days notice or less, (and more than 24 hours) a credit of your deposit will be given less cancellation fee ($25), which can be used towards future stay. With a notice less than 24 hours from arrival, $25 will be charged plus the first night of the stay, without possibility of receiving the amount for the night as credit.
