Policies

Cancellation: A credit card number is needed to secure the room. If you cancel 3 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be held responsible for the entire reservation and issued a gift certificate for the number of days booked unless the room can be re-booked. This policy may vary for groups, holidays, and at certain times of the year. Early departures are considered the same as cancellations and are subject to the same terms. Group/Whole House Reservations require a 50% deposit. Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to your arrival will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to scheduled reservation will result in forfeit of deposit.
