Cancellation: All leisure reservations must be guaranteed with an advance deposit in the amount of one overnight stay in the guests' chosen room, plus 10% sales & hotel tax. In the event that guests are unable to utilize their reservation, a seven-day cancellation notice is required for a refund of that advance deposit, less a $25.00 service charge. Any reservations cancelled less than seven days from arrival will forfeit the entire deposit unless the guest has purchased cancellation insurance. Cancellation insurance may be purchased for an additional $25.00 at the time the reservation is made. If guests purchase this insurance, they may cancel their reservation at any time without the fear of losing their deposit. Pets: Pets Allowed and Innkeepers pets on premises. Smoking: Limited.
