Description

Circa 1795. Fourteen acres of pasture, woods and stream create a peaceful setting for this restored 18th-century Federal farmhouse. Original details include six fireplaces, cupboards, floors and woodwork. Peruse the documented history in a photo album showing before and after pictures. Watch TV in a common room or gather in the morning room for conversation. Afternoon tea is available by reservation. Select a romantic guest bedroom or suite with a clawfoot tub or Jacuzzi. A full-course candlelight breakfast is served in the dining room. Mandarin orange and banana fruit plate with hot caramel sauce and raspberry crème French toast are two popular favorites. Enjoy scenic hikes and soothing soaks in the California Hot Springs Spa that sits in the garden area near a 300-year-old pine tree.

This property has been featured in Polaner All Fruit commercial.

Location: Country and Close to major highways yet a private property on 13 1/2 acres.
