Description
Circa 1910. Surrounded by vineyards and orchards, Wine Country Farm is an eclectic French house sitting on a hill overlooking the Cascade Mountain Range. Arabian horses are raised here, and five varieties of grapes are grown. The innkeepers can arrange for a horse-drawn buggy ride and picnic or horseback through the vineyards and forests to other wineries. There are outdoor wedding facilities and a new wine tasting room, where guests can sample wine from the vineyard. Downtown Portland and the Oregon coast are each an hour away.
This property has been featured in Wine Spectator, Diversion (a magazine for Physicians at Leisure), Mountain Living, The Oregonian Newspaper, Sunset Magazine, Discovery Channel, 1000 Places to See Before You Die by Patricia Schultz. Location: Country, Oregon wine country and one hour to ocean.
