Description
Circa 1952. Remodeled to reflect a house in the Swiss Alps, this waterfront home offers views of Mt. Hood and the front porch overlooks the floating community of the Columbia River. The entire downstairs is a separate dwelling with knotty pine paneling and tile floors. There is a library, DVD player and kitchenette stocked with hot and cold beverages. The main room opens to a large covered patio with a hot tub. Fresh flowers, bedside chocolates, plush robes and monogrammed towels add to the relaxing ambiance. An extra cedar room is great for families or as a lounge with a computer, printer, scanner and Internet access. Wicker furniture accent the breakfast nook, a perfect place for nibbling on the basket of goodies.
