Circa 1895. This Colonial Revival mansion is located in the prominent King's Hill neighborhood. Grand Doric columns and an immense portico are some of the architectural highlights displayed in this historic gem. The interior is as stately as the exterior. Rooms are appointed with European antiques and elegant decor. Beds are dressed with European linens. Four of the guest rooms offer a fireplace. Breakfast is a gourmet event, featuring such items as fresh raspberries with creme fraiche, polenta with sauteed vegetables and poached eggs with freshly grated parmesan cheese. The home is near to many Portland sites, including Washington Park and the fashionable NW 23rd Avenue.

Minimum Stay Requirements: Two nights weekends March and December Cancellation: A deposit equal to one night's room and tax is required at time of reservation.
A deposit equal to two nights room and tax is required for stays of 4 nights or longer. Stays of more than 4 days and/or multiple room reservations as part of a group require 30 days prior notice. If cancellation is within 30 days, deposit is forfeited. If cancellation is prior to the 30 day limit, a refund will be made if all room nights are re-rented, less $25.00 per room booked. Cancellations 14 days prior to reservation date will be refunded, less a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days will be refunded only if the room is re-booked. During peak periods and holidays, refunds will be made only if the room is re-rented. For late arrival or early departure, deposits are applied to the unused portion of your visit. Room rates based on double occupancy (except Sheehan room, single occupancy only). Add $30.00 for each additional person (over 2) in a room.
"No Shows" will be charged for the entire period booked. Pets: Innkeepers pets on premises. Smoking: Limited.
