DescriptionCirca 1872. Constructed from limestone, this Vernacular Classical Revival home served as a military rehabilitation facility during World War I. The inn has welcomed guests since 1985, and proud innkeepers Josef and Sabina provide splendid hospitality with a distinctively European flair. The well-appointed guest bedrooms and romantic suites are comfortably elegant. Some feature fireplaces, double Jacuzzis, CD stereos, four-poster canopy beds and sparkling wine. A traditional Swiss, full breakfast is served buffet style. Parliament Hill is within an easy walk, as are interesting shops, museums and restaurants. In 1990 the Inn was fully restored by famous architect Barry Padolsky making our accommodations very cozy and comfortable. Again updated 2006 and new meeting room built. We take pride in providing distinctive, traditional European hospitality, a relaxing atmosphere, as well as a wonderful, traditional Swiss full buffet breakfast.
