Description

Built in 2001 with full-length, hand-peeled red pine logs, Wildberry Lodge Bed & Breakfast in Leicester exudes a casual sophistication on 45 acres in the Smoky Mountain region of the Newfound Valley of Western Carolina Appalachian range. Star gaze from the main deck and relax on the flagstone patio or screened porch overlooking the gardens. The Great Hall is accented by a massive rock fireplace. Play pool or watch TV in the Game Room. Cold drinks, snacks and an entertainment center are in the Loft. Guest bedrooms and a suite are named for various wild berries and most feature whirlpool tubs, plush robes and private decks or balconies. The Gooseberry Room, features a balcony with seating for 2 that is perfect for watching the mountain sunset.
