Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 night minimum stay on weekend nights (Friday & Saturday nights) Cancellation: In order to hold a reservation, one nights room rate is due. This amount is refundable except for a $25 booking fee, up until 7 days prior to the reservation date. Within 7 days of the reservation date, full payment is due and is no longer refundable. For stays longer than 3 nights and/or for multiple room reservations, a longer cancellation period may be required. Pets: Pets Allowed, Innkeepers pets on premises, $15 nightly additional pet fees, must be crated if left attended and must be willing to kennel pet if disturbance of any kind & at the discretion of the innkeeper.
