The parlor is another restful option, offering a TV, fireplace and piano. Rooms, highlighted by knotty pine, are decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques. The guest pantry is always stocked with refreshments for those who need a little something in the afternoon. For breakfast, freshly baked breads accompany items such as a potato/bacon casserole and baked pears topped with currant sauce. In addition to guest rooms and suites, there are two cottages available, each with a fireplace and kitchen.

Historic Interest |
The Inn began as a small mountain cabin which was expanded into a family home by the McKinneys, the Piersons, and the Cleavelands. In 1961, it was bought by Irene Cole from Florida, reoriented on the property, and completely renovated into a tourist home. John & Florence Lupoli from Florida bought it in 1972 and operated it until 1984, when it was sold to Chris & Donna Alley from Atlanta who turned it into a bed and breakfast.
