Policies |
Cancellation: Full refund if notified two weeks prior to first day of stay. Group rentals of 2 or more rooms are subject to a 30-day advance for full refund. If rooms are not claimed by 7 PM on the day of scheduled arrival, guests will be responsible for full deposit amount with a $25 service fee to be charged to guests account.
Guests checking out early will be responsible for any unused rooms/days. A deposit is required (1st nights stay per room). If room is re-rented, a refund will be given for the full amount lost (less than $25.00 service fee.)
