Description
Exposed beams and rustic wood-paneled walls create a cozy environment in this colossal log home set on seven acres. The innkeepers created wonderful country guest rooms, full of color and individual style. One particularly memorable room includes a red motif with gingham check and lace curtains, a rocking chair, dried flower arrangements hanging from the beams and a bed topped with red and white linens and quilts. Breakfast is a splendid affair with treats such as fresh fruit, huge omelets or stuffed French toast. The area offers plenty of antiquing, historic homes and wineries.
