Minimum Stay Requirements: We welcome one-night reservations at most times. Two-night minimums are in effect some holiday weekends. Cancellation: A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required to confirm a reservation. Holiday weekends must be fully paid in advance. Deposits will be refunded if we receive a cancellation 14 days prior to the reserved date. Holiday weekend cancellations are refundable up to 30 days prior to the reserved date. Pets: Pets Allowed, Innkeepers pets on premises, $50 pet fee, not allowed in common rooms and limited number of pet friendly rooms. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
