DescriptionCirca 1838. Overlook beautiful Keuka Lake while staying at this classic 1838 Greek Revival mansion that has been meticulously restored. The elegant décor is accented with antique reproductions, period furnishings and colors. Ten scenic acres feature expansive lawns, relaxing porches and patios. The Mansion Restaurant offers full service and fine food and the Tavern offers more casual fare with an adjoining canopied terrace. There is also a state-of-the-art banquet facility. Guest bedrooms in the Mansion are named for the varieties of grapes grown in the Finger Lakes Region. The Pinot Noir and the Chardonnay rooms can be an adjoining suite. The ornate, king sized Victorian bed is covered with a Belgian tapestry coverlet and pillows. This room was part of the original Rose family mansion, and was used as the servants quarters which lead to the original kitchen which is now the Esperanza Tavern. It has an original fireplace (non-working) with a hand painted fireboard. The Rose Suite has a beautiful view of Keuka Lake from every window, and the private bath has an oversized Jacuzzi tub. Diamond The spacious Diamond, with hand carved antique reproduction furnishings throughout, is decorated in shades of gold and blue. The king sized canopy bed is covered with a Belgian tapestry coverlet and pillows and has a hand knotted lace canopy. This room was one of the original bedrooms of the Rose family. It has high ceilings, an original fireplace (non-working) with faux marbleized surround, and the original interior shutters on the windows, all of which are typical of the period. The Diamond has a beautiful view of Keuka Lake, and opens onto the hallway leading to the second floor balcony. Chardonnay

The king sized four-poster bed is covered with a Belgian tapestry coverlet and pillows. This room was one of the original bedrooms of the Rose family. It has high ceilings, an original fireplace (non-working) with faux marbleized surround and the original interior shutters on the windows, all of which are typical of the period. The Pinot Noir opens onto the hallway leading to the second floor balcony. Seyval Blanc The spacious Seyval, with hand carved antique reproduction furnishings throughout, is decorated in muted shades of gold and green. The queen sized Victorian bed is covered with a Belgian tapestry coverlet and pillows. This room was one of the original bedrooms of the Rose family. It has high ceilings and the original interior shutters on the windows, which is typical of the period. The Seyval opens onto the hallway leading to the second floor balcony. Cabernet The spacious Cabernet, with hand carved antique reproduction furnishings throughout, is decorated in muted shades of gold and teal. The California king sized bed is covered with a Belgian tapestry coverlet and pillows. This room was added to the Mansion in the 1920's when Esperanza became the County Poorhouse. The Cabernet opens onto a quiet hallway leading to a small, shared lounge, which can be used for reading or playing cards and games. Niagara The spacious Niagara, with hand carved antique reproduction furnishings throughout, is decorated in muted shades of gold and green.
