Policies	Cancellation: You may cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival. A refund of your deposit will be made less a $35 cancellation fee upon confirmation of your cancellation. The cancellation fee of $35 will be waived if your booking is re-scheduled. If you cancel in 14 days or less you will be responsible for payment of your reservation in full. NO refund will be issued.
