Minimum Stay Requirements: 2-night minimum on weekends during peak season (May-November), as well as holiday and event weekends Cancellation: Full refund with 14-day notice of cancellation. Less than 14-days, deposit will be refunded only if the room is re-booked. Group reservations of 3-guest rooms or more are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Early departures and last minute cancellations are non-refundable. Pets: Innkeepers pets on premises. Smoking: Outside Only.
