Cancellation: Refunds may be made for cancellation of reservations 7 days prior except during peak and holidays. Refunds may be made if room is re-rented with a $10.00 handling fee. Cancellation refunds for holiday periods of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's may be granted if cancellation is received before Dec.1. A $10.00 handling fee applies. Mid May through mid Oct. may receive a refund for cancellation if made 14 days in advance. A fee of 1 night's stay will be retained. All other Holiday periods-Mid Dec through 1st week of Jan, Spring Break, Labor Day and 4th of July may receive no refund.
