Circa 1840. Overlooking Wilbraham Park, this historic mansion features a grand elegance with relaxed comfort. Period reproduction wallpapers and antiques accent the Victorian interior, including some pieces that belonged to the original owners. Gather for a chat over afternoon tea in one of the parlors or watch a movie in the TV Room. A guest refrigerator is provided on the second floor. Two dining rooms enhance a leisurely breakfast. A glassed-in front porch is lined with wicker furniture and an open porch is behind the heated indoor swimming pool. This bed and breakfast inn is perfect for business meetings or special events. Large room bathed in natural light (3 windows). Oak Victorian bed (queen), matching dresser and dry sink. Upholstered chair, floor lamp and closet. Antique sewing machine for decoration. Bath has clawfoot tub with shower enclosure, toilet, and sink. Dark green wallpaper with light pink and white flowers.

Average size room with three windows. Painted ivory and brass bed (double). One bay window with window seat. Dry sink, table with chair and clothes tree. Large bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub and a separate walk in shower.

Small, cozy room with ceiling fan. A double bed with wicker headboard, three-drawer wicker nightstand, wicker chest, small table and chair and clothes tree. Bath has sink, toilet and walk-in shower.

Room 4
Large bright room at the front corner of the mansion. Three bay windows with window seat and cushion, plus two additional windows on the front. Features a painted ivory and brass bed (queen), an antique armoire, a bedside table and an upholstered slipper chair. The bath has sink, toilet and shower.

Room 5
Comfy Victorian room has a high backed oak bed and matching dresser. Nightstand and lamp, straight chair, clothes tree, and an alcove with a pedestal sink. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Room 6
This large front corner room overlooks Wilbraham Park. Three large windows across the front and one on the side, all with wooden shutters. The bed is high backed mahogany (queen) with a matching dresser. Also in the room are a settee, a straight chair, a small table and lamp beside the bed. Bath has sink, toilet and shower.
Room 7 (Suite)
Our second-floor suite has two rooms, with ceiling fan and bath with shower. The bedroom has a lovely antique, high backed mahogany bed (queen) and matching dresser. Above the bed on the wall is a blue moiré wall drape. There is also an upholstered Victorian arm chair in the bedroom. In the sitting room are the Wilbraham Federal style chairs along with a tea table, lamp with mirror above and a dry sink.

Room 8
This third-floor, medium size room, has a walnut, Victorian bed, dresser and dry sink. Also has a straight Victorian chair and an antique shaving and washstand with unusual metal frame which now holds flowers. The bath has shower, toilet and sink.
Room 9 (Suite)
The Bridal Suite. This extremely large suite has a king-size bed with ceiling wall hanging of blue moiré, matching curtain swags and dust ruffle. Lace curtains on the windows, antique chest of drawers, an antique dressing table and chair. One side of the suite has a platform with shuttered windows, a clawfoot tub and a folding wicker screen. The closet contains a mini-refrigerator. Across from the tub is a fainting couch and a tea table and lamp. At the opposite side of the suite from the bed is a Victorian sitting area with a settee, two chairs, three tables and a corner cabinet. The suite also has a private outside entrance.

Room 10 (Suite)
This third-floor king suite has a room as you enter containing a wicker dressing table, bench and a chair. Off of this room is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bed-sitting room is very large and the suite has four windows which fills the room with natural light. One end of the suite has a fainting couch, desk, rocker and marble topped dresser. The other end of the suite has a table with lamp, two upholstered chairs, a wicker nightstand and a king-size bed.
