Minimum Stay Requirements: 2-night minimum weekends during peak season. 3-night minimum on holidays. Cancellation: Changes in reservation dates or refunds for late arrivals or early departures are not permitted. No-Shows will be charged for the full scheduled stay. Deposits will be kindly refunded up to 15 days from arrival less a $35 cancellation fee per room. After this time a deposit can only be refunded provided the nights covered by the reservation are re-sold, less the cancellation fee. For cancellations with less than 48-hours notice from the check-in date, the full reservation will be charged. All cancellation refunds will be processed within 7 business days of notice. A check will be issued if any refund is due. Smoking: Outside Only.
