Circa 1864. Rose gardens surround this brick Federal home that has a wicker-furnished Italianate front porch. Situated in the heart of the historic town, it is a short walk to shops and sites. Relax in a common room amid the Victorian décor, furnishings and ambiance. Well-appointed guest bedrooms and suites offer pampering amenities that include featherbeds, a fireplace or Franklin stove, comfy robes and Greenwich Bay bath products. The Emma Lilly Room boasts a clawfoot tub and Torbert’s Room has a Jacuzzi. An expanded continental breakfast is served during the week and a three-course gourmet breakfast is available on the weekends. Our spacious and elegant in-town B&B is just a stroll to shops, many fine restaurants, and New Hope, PA. Professionally decorated, features include a hand-painted dining room ceiling inspired by a New Orleans ballroom, a chinoiserie mural, and Bradbury & Bradbury wallpapers. Our six romantic rooms/suites include such amenities as Jacuzzi tubs, clawfoot tubs, fireplaces, featherbeds, and air conditioning. Scrumptious breakfasts. Off-street parking provided on-site. Our corporate customers will appreciate our high speed internet access, desks, phones, and cable T.V. in each room. Corporate and Government rates available by request for weekday stays (Sunday through Thursday).

A lovely rose bouquet has been hand-painted on the antique clawfoot tub to match the Victorian wallpaper in this charming room. Perfect for a honeymoon or anniversary!

The Camille Room

Spacious and romantic room with Queen-size feather bed, corner fireplace, private en-suite bath with shower/tub, and Cable TV/DVD/CD - 2nd Floor. White sheer fabric flowing from a coronet above drapes the bed. With its Vine-and-Butterfly patterned wallpaper, this is often referred to as The Butterfly Room. Hand-painted vines and butterflies also adorn the bathroom walls.
