Description

Circa 1820. Chimney Hill, in the hills above the riverside town of Lambertville, is a grand display of stonework, designed with both Federal and Greek Revival-style architecture. The inn's sunroom is particularly appealing, with its stone walls, fireplaces and French windows looking out to eight acres of gardens and fields. Most of the guest rooms in the estate farmhouse include fireplaces, and some have canopied beds. The Ol' Barn has four suites with fireplaces, Jacuzzis, steam rooms, guest pantries, spiral staircases and loft bedrooms. The innkeepers offer adventure, romance and special interest packages for their guests, and the inn is also popular for corporate retreats. There are plenty of seasonal activities nearby, from kayaking to skiing. New Hope is the neighboring town and offers many charming restaurants and shops, as well.

This property has been featured in Country Inns (Cover), Colonial Homes Magazine, Country Roads Magazine, NY Times, NJ Magazine, Best Places to Kiss, New Jersey Network, New Jersey Toursim Commercial 2006-2007, Nassau Broadcasting: 94.5 Hawk Radio-WPST.

Location: Country, Bucks County and PA.
