Minimum Stay Requirements: During the summer season (June 22-Sept.8) a three-night minimum on weekends in the months of July and August is required. In the spring and fall seasonal rates, a two-night stay on the weekends is required (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday). During the winter seasonal rates there is limited availability for Saturday night only. Additional minimums may apply to holidays. Cancellation: Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict policy. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date. In the event of a cancellation, deposit will be refunded if The Chateau is notified more than 10 days before arrival. Should notification be made less than 10 days before arrival, all deposit payments will be forfeited unless the space can be re-rented for the entire reserved period. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a $20 handling charge. Smoking: Outside Only.
