Minimum Stay Requirements: Two nights holiday weekends/foliage Cancellation: Deposits will be refunded, less a $25.00 cancel fee, for reservations canceled with at least 14-days notice. Cancellations received with less than 14 days notice will only be refunded if the room is re-booked for the entire reserved period. The $25.00 cancel fee will still apply. Guests who cancel all or part of their reservation with less than 48-hours notice will be financially responsible for the entire reserved period. 30 Day/$30.00 during the fall foliage season.
