Built in 1889, by Hannibal's Greatest Philanthropist, this graceful Queen Anne Victorian is fortunate that nearly 95 percent of its original features remain and are in remarkable condition. A dozen stained- and leaded-glass windows, ornately carved fireplace mantels with Rookwood tiles, magnificent oak fretwork in the foyer, gas/electric brass light fixtures, hardwood flooring, and a very long wraparound veranda are all original.
