This three-story, French-style Second Empire Victorian townhouse is located in Lafayette Square, a National Historic District that offers the largest collection of French Second Empire Victorians in the country. Pocket doors, twelve-foot ceilings, pine floors, artworks, collectibles and period antiques are features of the inn. The innkeeper offers egg dishes, Napoleon French Toast, quiche or Belgian waffles along with fruit and other freshly baked breads for breakfast. The inn is a mile and a half from the convention center and close to historic Soulard Market, the Missouri Botanical Gardens, the zoo, St. Louis Cathedral and Fox Theater.
