This 1896 Victorian Queen Anne sits in the heart of two downtown historic districts. It is an easy walk along the Mississippi River. Historic Interest

1896 Queen Anne Victorian classic with garden and viewing porch. Situated on "Millionaire's Row," it was built by Albert Wells Pettibone, son of the wealthy lumber baron W. Pettibone. Original house design and woods adorn the interior, complete with transoms and functional high pocket doors and tin ceilings.
