Description

The many activities of downtown are just a few blocks away from this comfortable two-story brick bed and breakfast. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace in the living room that also has a piano, library, game area and terrace door leading to a private patio with a garden fountain. Cookies and beverages are always available. On the weekends wine and appetizers are also served. Each air-conditioned guest suite features a sitting room. The romantic Champagne and Roses Suite includes a two-person whirlpool and two-sided gas fireplace. In the cheery breakfast room, full breakfast fare is offered weekdays and a three-course meal is served on weekends. Play championship golf, bike the Mesabi Trail or take a drive through the Chippewa National Forest on the Edge of the Wilderness Scenic Byway.
