Minimum Stay Requirements: During Festival and Special Event weekends there are no refunds given if you should cancel within 10 days of your arrival date. There are no exceptions to this rule. Cancellation: A full refund is given if you cancel 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you should cancel within 10 days of your scheduled arrival and the room is re-booked, you will receive a gift certificate of your deposit for a future stay.
