Minimum Stay Requirements: 2-night minimum on weekends, 3-night minimum holiday weekends. Cancellation: There is a 7-day cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 7 days prior to the first day of your stay, you will be billed for the entire amount unless the room is able to be re-rented. You will not be charged for the nights that are re-rented. For cancellations prior to 7 days, there will be a $20.00 cancellation charge.
