Minimum Stay Requirements: Two-night stay on weekends unless you are within 4 days of arrival and we have availability. Cancellation: Deposit minus a $20 processing fee is credited toward your next stay if cancellation is received 10 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is received less than 10 days before arrival, you are responsible for all room charges unless the room can be re-rented for the entire reservation. No-shows are charged for full reservation. It is recommended that you contact your insurance agent for travel insurance to protect you in case it becomes necessary to cancel at the last minute.
